The choice is wide and it will certainly satisfy every palate's requirement. It ranges from the typical Tuscan cuisine to local and International dishes.
To start off, the famous bruschetta with fresh tomato and a line of oil, the home-baked crunchy bread, the «finocchiona» (salami scented in fennel); among the first courses the choice is between the soups ( farro and barley, porcini mushrooms, the popular Tuscan «ribollita») and fresh pasta such as wild boar «pici», pappardelle with game sauce, truffle ravioli, oven lasagne and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms; for second courses we go from brazier cooked meats such as the «fiorentina» (chianina breed), pot cooked such as Tripe Florentine style, salt cod the Arezzo way, rabbit «al tegamaccio» and then the roast cooking of lamb, duck, sausage, free range chicken in porchetta.
