Chianti's lush and ever fascinating lands host holiday farm Casa Mezzuola, a few kilometres away from the centre of Greve in Chianti.
Casa Mezzuola derives from a small hamlet dating back to 1100, finely restored by Riccardo Franconeri, the farm's owner. Three apartments, of which two were derived from the old hayloft and a third recuperated from the ex stables of the hamlet, give hospitality to a clientele that prefers the peace and quiet Chianti, with its ups and downs of hills cultivated with olive trees and vines, can communicate.
And to really taste the quiet and serenity of this corner of in Florence's province, each apartement has a garden in which to spend summer evenings. Casa Mezzuola remains open all year, in the summer months the apartments are rented out only for week stays, whereas during the remainder of the year also for single nights and week ends. The apartments are all independent and guests can use the panoramic pool on the Chianti lands, with prices varying from a minimum of 80 to a maximum of 120 euro per day.
