(Business news) In the heart of Tuscany's wavy and sweet hills there is a place where gazes can range over endless space and nature is in complete harmony with man.
We're speaking of the hills behind Castelfiorentino, and of an original inn, «Le Boscarecce», where a new restaurant was recently opened, in the name of truest Tuscan tradition.
Chef Bartolo and Swan with their desserts, Susanna, Massimo and Sara, hoteliers and restaurant owners of long time experience will fascinate your taste buds with dishes prepared according to ancient Tuscan cuisine recipes; that's not mentioning the freshest fish dishes prepared by Aeolian chef Bartolo and served in an atmosphere of ancient times: just a few places, soft lighting and intimate atmosphere.
In «Le Boscarecce» you can enjoy an inspiring panoramic view from the terrace or from the inside of a characteristic restructured hayloft and enriched with paintings and family collections.
Far from a city's stress and confusion, you can enjoy a splendid countryside's regenerating quiet and a dwelling with character: finely finished rooms, with all comforts and then, for a bit of sport, a pool for a swim in grand style or the tennis court to keep in shape and have fun. Also, in the hayloft, you can use a small historical-artistic library and a modern painting collection.
To reach this Eden of taste and sight, from Castelfiorentino follow directions for Renai and from there you will find signs for «Le Boscarecce».
During your stay you can take part in traditional Tuscan cooking courses and in harvest time you can experience something really special picking the grapes with the local farmers and attend the first wine production stages, finishing with a traditional harvest dinner.
In November you will also be able to pick olives, take part in their pressing at the mill and taste the delicious flavour of new oil which plays such an important role in this region's culture.
The inn is open every day, Sundays at lunchime too.
