The month of June opens in the scent of the sea and all open air sports. Various races on foot in all the provinces of the region, the Pistoia-Abetone among the most interesting ones.
At its 27th edition the International race returns on its demanding mountain circuit: from the city of Pistoia (in the planes), until the winter skiing centre of the Abetone, over 1300 metres of altitude.
Do not miss the «Argentario Sailing Week 2002», the convention of period boats held at the end of the month in Porto Ercole, in the splendid Costa d'Argento.
