A few kilometres away from Poggibonsi and Colle val d'Elsa, on the highway connecting Florence to Siena, in Lecchi, part of Staggia Senese, you’ll find the hotel Villa Lecchi.

An 18th century villa with beautiful frescoes which belonged to the Conti Ginori, it has now become the hotel Villa Lecchi. The hotel, restructured and elegantly furnished, has 20 double rooms of which 3 suites and 2 junior suites, as well as an outhouse built out of the old lemon house, now restored and offering 7 more rooms.

Immersed in five hectares of private park the hotel Villa Lecchi has a pool and tennis courts, whereas in the immediate vicinities there are horse riding facilities and a lake for fishing. The hotel rooms have all the comforts: satellite tv, telephone, air conditioning and minibar.

Hotel Villa Lecchi is open from March till end of November. From the hotel, owned by Laura Canocchi, you can easily reach some of the most interesting areas, historically and culturally, of Tuscany: Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, Siena and all naturalistic areas of Maremma.

Finally in the evening you can enjoy good traditional Tuscan cuisine in the hotel’s restaurant. The average cost per person starts from 56 euro just for overnight stay and breakfast to a maximum of 87 euro for half board treatment.
