The Residence, built in an adjacent structure used at the beginning of the thirties as logistic centre of the nearby Caolino mines, offers hospitality in seven delightful apartments all furnished with stove, independent heating and private telephone. The residence and hotel stay open all year, except for the month of February.
An average price per person for a night in the hotel - overnight stay and breakfast - (they can vary depending on the season), is of 42 euro. Weekly renting in the residence vary from a minimum of 248 to a maximum of 785 euro (tariffs are diversified according to the size of the apartment and the season).

To reach the Residence and Hotel Sant'Uberto go along the Strada Statale 223 which links Siena to Grosseto, until Roccastrada, 8 kilometres beyond the town, on the left, you will find the entry gate into the complex.
